In these terms, “QR Cycles”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to QR Cycles. “You” and “your” refer to customers and visitors to our website.

2. Products and Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, images, prices and availability displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.

However:

  • Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual colours, finishes and appearances may vary slightly.

  • Product specifications, designs and features may change in accordance with manufacturers’ updates.

  • Certain products may be subject to limited availability or may be discontinued by their manufacturers.

  • It is your responsibility to check product specifications, compatibility and suitability before placing an order.

For bicycle components, framesets and accessories, please verify compatibility with your existing bicycle and intended use. If you are unsure, contact us before purchasing.

3. New, Used and Ex-Display Products

QR Cycles may occasionally offer used, pre-owned, ex-display, refurbished or clearance products.

The condition of each product will be described in its listing where applicable. Used or ex-display products may have cosmetic imperfections, signs of previous use, missing original packaging or other condition-related differences from new products.

Please review the product description and any disclosed imperfections carefully before purchasing. If you require further information or photographs, please contact us before placing your order.

Unless otherwise stated, manufacturer warranties may differ or may not be available for used, ex-display or clearance products. Please check the applicable product listing or contact us to confirm warranty coverage before purchasing.

The sale of used, discounted or ex-display products does not exclude any consumer rights that apply under Singapore law.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Singapore dollars (SGD), unless otherwise stated. Use from other countries will see prices converted to their local currency if applicable. Shopify shows different currencies using Shopify Markets and geo-detection to automatically display local prices, and relies on current market interbank exchange rates updated daily

Prices, promotions and product availability may change without prior notice. Changes will not affect orders already accepted, except where a correction or adjustment is agreed with you or otherwise permitted by law.

Payment must be completed using the payment methods available at checkout. We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order if payment is declined, incomplete or reasonably suspected to be fraudulent.

If a genuine pricing or listing error occurs, we will contact you to discuss the available options before proceeding with the affected order. We will not charge you an additional amount without your agreement.

5. Orders and Order Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted or dispatched.

We reserve the right to decline or cancel an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases of stock unavailability, material listing errors, suspected fraud or delivery restrictions.

If we cancel an order after receiving payment, we will arrange a refund for the amount paid for the cancelled order or affected items.

If only part of an order is affected, we may contact you to discuss whether you wish to proceed with the remaining items.

6. Pre-Orders and Special Orders

Some products may be offered as pre-orders, backorders or special orders.

Estimated arrival and dispatch dates are provided for guidance and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Availability may be affected by manufacturer production schedules, supplier delays, shipping arrangements or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If a significant delay or inability to fulfil an order arises, we will contact you to discuss the available options.

Special-order items may be subject to specific cancellation or return conditions. Any such conditions will be communicated before you commit to the purchase and will remain subject to applicable law.

7. Shipping and Delivery

QR Cycles primarily serves customers in Singapore. International orders may be accepted for selected destinations at our discretion. For accurate shipping rates for international orders, please contact us.

Available delivery methods, shipping fees, estimated delivery times and applicable restrictions will be communicated through our website, at checkout or directly to the customer before the order is confirmed.

For international orders:

  • Delivery availability depends on the destination and the product being shipped.

  • The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact details.

  • Customs duties, import taxes, clearance fees and other destination-specific charges may apply. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are the customer's responsibility.

  • Delivery estimates may be affected by customs clearance, courier operations and other circumstances outside our control.

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by public holidays, weather, courier delays or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is missing, incorrect or visibly damaged, contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order number and supporting photographs where appropriate.

Nothing in this section removes our responsibility for an order that has not been delivered or for goods that do not conform to your purchase.

8. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

QR Cycles assesses requests for returns, exchanges and refunds on a case-by-case basis.

If you wish to return or exchange a product, please contact us before sending it back. Include your order number, the reason for your request and photographs where relevant.

For change-of-mind requests involving correctly supplied products, approval is at our discretion. We may consider the product's condition, whether it has been used or installed, the availability of its original packaging and accessories, and the circumstances of the request.

Unless otherwise agreed, products approved for discretionary return should generally be:

  • Unused and undamaged.

  • Returned with their original packaging, accessories and documentation, where applicable.

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase.

Products that have been installed, modified, ridden, used or damaged may not qualify for a discretionary return.

For approved discretionary returns or exchanges, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs. Any applicable restocking fee or other charge will be communicated before the return is processed.

Products that are faulty, damaged on arrival, incorrectly supplied or otherwise eligible for a remedy under applicable law will be handled in accordance with the relevant legal requirements.

Where a refund is approved or legally required, it will generally be made using the original payment method where practicable. Processing times may depend on the payment provider or financial institution.

9. Warranty

Products sold by QR Cycles may be covered by a manufacturer's warranty, subject to the applicable manufacturer's terms and conditions.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, QR Cycles does not provide an additional independent warranty beyond any warranty specifically offered by us.

Warranty coverage, duration, exclusions and claim procedures vary by manufacturer and product. Coverage may also differ for used, ex-display, refurbished or clearance products.

QR Cycles can assist customers with warranty enquiries and claims by liaising with the relevant manufacturer or authorised distributor where appropriate. Final warranty assessment and approval are subject to the applicable warranty terms and the responsible warranty provider.

Warranty claims may require proof of purchase, photographs, inspection or return of the affected product.

Manufacturer warranties generally do not cover damage or failure arising from circumstances excluded by the applicable warranty, which may include:

  • Normal wear and tear.

  • Accidents, crashes, impacts or misuse.

  • Incorrect installation, assembly, adjustment or maintenance.

  • Unauthorised modifications or repairs.

  • Use outside the product's intended purpose or specified limits.

Nothing in this section excludes or restricts any rights or remedies available under applicable Singapore law.

10. Bicycle Assembly, Installation and Servicing

QR Cycles offers online bicycle sales and may provide in-store assembly, installation or servicing, subject to the services available and the arrangements agreed with the customer.

Unless expressly included in your purchase, assembly, installation and servicing are separate from the product price and may incur additional charges.

Bicycles and bicycle components must be assembled, installed, adjusted and maintained correctly. We recommend that safety-critical components, including brakes, steering components, wheels and drivetrain parts, be installed and checked by a suitably qualified bicycle mechanic.

Where assembly or servicing is performed by QR Cycles, the scope of work and any applicable charges will be communicated as appropriate before the service is carried out.

Customers remain responsible for following the manufacturer's operating instructions, maintenance requirements, torque specifications and safety warnings after taking delivery of their bicycles or components.

11. Promotions and Discounts

Promotional offers, discount codes and special prices may be subject to specific terms, eligibility requirements, validity periods and stock availability.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with other offers.

We reserve the right to withdraw or amend a promotion prospectively, subject to existing orders and applicable law.

All website content, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, product descriptions and page layouts, is owned by QR Cycles, its licensors or the relevant rights holders, unless otherwise stated.
