Refunds Policy

Refunds, Returns & Exchanges Policy

Last updated: 22 October 2026

At QR Cycles, we strive to ensure that every order is processed accurately and delivered in good condition. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase at qrcycles.com.

1. Refunds

Refunds are generally issued when an item becomes unavailable or is found to be out of stock after an order has been placed and payment has been made.

Once an order cancellation has been accepted, the refund will be processed using the original payment method wherever practicable. Refunds for other circumstances will be assessed in accordance with this policy and applicable Singapore law.

Refund processing fees

The following payment processing fees may apply to eligible refunds where they have been clearly disclosed before purchase and are permitted by applicable law:

  • Credit card / Apple Pay / Google Pay: 3% of the order value

  • GrabPay: 3% of the order value

  • PayNow / QR Cycles store credit: No fee

Where QR Cycles is unable to fulfil an order because an item is out of stock, we recommend that the customer receive a full refund without payment processing fee deductions.

Any applicable fee will be communicated clearly before the transaction is completed. Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights or remedies available under applicable law.

How long will my refund take?

We will email you to confirm once your refund has been processed. The refunded amount should generally appear in your account within 1–5 business days from the date of this confirmation email. Actual processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.

2. Returns and Exchanges

QR Cycles assesses requests for returns and exchanges on a case-by-case basis.

For correctly supplied products, we generally do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges. However, you may contact us to request an exception, which will be considered at our discretion.

Please ensure that the product you purchase matches your requirements and that you have checked its specifications, compatibility and condition before placing your order.

Conditions for approved returns

Unless otherwise agreed, products approved for discretionary returns should generally meet the following conditions:

  • Be unused and undamaged.

  • Have their original packaging, accessories and documentation, where applicable.

  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase.

Products that have been installed, modified, ridden, used or damaged may not qualify for discretionary returns.

Orders may only be edited or amended before order processing is completed and the order leaves our store. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change. We cannot guarantee that changes can be accommodated once processing has begun.

Can I return a product that does not meet the returns policy?

Products returned without approval, or that do not meet the agreed return conditions, may be sent back to the customer. We will contact you regarding the next steps and any applicable return shipping costs before proceeding.

This policy does not exclude returns, refunds, replacements or other remedies where required by applicable law, including where goods are defective, incorrectly supplied, not delivered or materially different from their description.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Singapore orders

For approved returns, QR Cycles will cover the cost of return postage within Singapore, unless otherwise agreed with you in advance.

Customers remain responsible for additional costs associated with preparing or packaging their returns, where applicable.

You may reuse the packaging in which your order was delivered. Please cover or remove the original shipping label to avoid confusion during transit.

International orders

For international orders, customers are responsible for the costs associated with returning products to QR Cycles. These may include international postage, currency conversion charges, customs duties, import taxes or other applicable fees.

Please contact us for return instructions before shipping any item back to Singapore.

4. Original Shipping Fees

Original shipping fees are generally non-refundable for approved change-of-mind returns.

Where a faulty item is returned but other items listed on the original invoice are retained by the customer, the original shipping fee will generally not be refunded solely because of that return.

This does not affect any shipping-fee refund or other remedy that may be required under applicable law, including where an order cannot be fulfilled or where the circumstances otherwise entitle the customer to a refund.

5. Incorrect Orders

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible and within five (5) working days of receiving your order.

Please provide:

  • Your order ID.

  • A description of the issue.

  • Clear photographs of the item received and its packaging, where applicable.

Please do not use or install the item, and do not remove any labels or tags. Retain the original packaging until the issue has been resolved.

We will review the circumstances and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund or other suitable remedy. We may ask you to return the incorrect item and will advise you on the return or collection arrangements.

The item should generally remain in its original condition and packaging, except to the extent that inspection is reasonably necessary to identify the issue.

6. Damaged Orders

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, we recommend photographing the external packaging before opening it.

If you discover that an item is damaged after unboxing, please:

  1. Photograph the external packaging and any visible damage.

  2. Take clear photographs of the damaged item and its packaging.

  3. Contact us with your order ID and photographs as soon as possible.

We will assess the circumstances and may request additional information to help determine the appropriate resolution.

Depending on the nature of the damage and the circumstances, we may arrange a replacement, refund, repair or another appropriate remedy.

Please retain the item and packaging until we advise you on the next steps. Eligible claims will be handled in accordance with applicable consumer protection requirements.

7. Missing or Delayed Orders

We understand that it can be frustrating when an order does not arrive as expected. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping method, courier operations and other circumstances.

If your order is missing or delayed, please follow these steps.

Step 1: Check your delivery method

Review the delivery option selected at checkout and its estimated delivery timeframe.

Step 2: Track your parcel

If you selected a tracked delivery service, refer to your dispatch confirmation email for the tracking number and latest delivery updates.

Step 3: Contact QR Cycles

If your parcel has not arrived within the expected timeframe, contact us with your order ID and tracking details, if available. We will assist in checking the shipment with our courier partner.

Step 4: Resolution

If the parcel is confirmed missing following an investigation, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution. This may include sending a replacement package or issuing a refund, depending on product availability and the circumstances.

Any resolution will be subject to applicable law. A courier investigation or missing-parcel declaration will not remove any rights you may have to a remedy for an order that has not been delivered.
